Lvl 7 Problems

So I put a lvl 7 in my x-valve and it leaks massively down the barrel when I gas it up, along with the bolt pushing forward and staying there. I've got the shortest spacer possible in. Here's what I've got in the powertube:

Lvl 7 Powertube Tip w/ o-ring on it
Lvl 7 Spacer
Lvl 7 Washer

What the hell man!

have you tried changing o-rings?
clean it all up again and oil it up.

You might want to check your bolt rim and sear aswell.. If the bolt stays in the forward position, the on/off is open. Sounds to me your sear does'nt catch the bolt when its in its backward position. What size spacer are you using? .220 is i think standard, .225 is reccomended to place according to my spacer kit.

You could be blowing the PT oring right out of the barrel. Happened to me a few times. Back the velocity adj down some. There is a pressure difference between lvl7 and lvl10. Also double check to make sure you have everything in there in the right order.
