disassembley of CP direct mount easy on/off asa

Do you know how to properly disassemble and reassemble a CP (custom products) easy on/off direct mount asa?

If so, post up. I need to disassemble and after ano reassemble two of them. I've heard you have to do this just right or else.....

I disassembled all of the unit except the screw-in knob.
The PDF instructions take it apart down to the maintenance level only. I need everything removed for anodizing.

Anyone have experience removing everything?
I called CP and they said just crank hard to break the loc-tite.

I had to use some industrial strength rust-buster in a zoom spout to break the the knob loose, then you have to back out the screw with an allen key.

just in case any one has to TOTALLY DISASSEMBLE A 2005 CUSTOM PRODUCTS ON/OFF DIRECT MOUNT ASA.

....I'm almost ready for ano!
