I've got this one in a trade yesterday. Looks a bit beat up, but works fine.

I've added the hose and soon to get a barrel for it. It's heavy, and kicks like a mule!

The best part is i traded it for a pair of new dye stickies ($ 24,99) and modding a beat up AGD front bottle adapter for the guys own VM. ($ 0,00) He promised me a barrel from a other VM he's getting, and i know a shop here in the netherlands that might have some brand new ones in the back room. Either way it was a deal i could not resist. :oneear:

That there is the UZI of the paintball world. It weighs a ton, takes a beating, can run it thru the mud, dirt, rocks and still runs. You are set for the paint-zombie invasion. :sticktongue:

Hopefully it isnt as accurate as a UZI. The dutch military had those 10 years ago, and they were not very well known for their accuracy.

I have a stock brass barrel and a valve tool laying around somewhere if you want them.

BigE, you're awesome! I'm definatly interested! My buddy promised me a barrel, but i'm not sure if it's the stock one. Valve tool would be awesome, since we both would definatly need one if the FPS is too far out of spec. LMK what you want for both!

I am ashamed to admit I've never owned a VM, everytime I see a thread like this I consider picking one up...then I consider what my wife would do to me if I got another paintball marker before I finish the basement...
Post an updated pic when you aquire a barrel ;)

I'm not really sathisfied with the barrel lenght, the feedneck and some of the screws so i ordered a few extra parts for it:

How much does that thing weigh anyway?:nana:

I didnt have a chance yet to put some paint trough it, and i have no idea of how fast it shoots now, FPS wise. But it cycles fine and no leaks, so it looks promising. Next time i go play i'll put it over the chrono and see if i can hit something with this. :D
I have no idea of the weight, since i don't have a scale around the house, but just a rough guess: 5-6 pounds for the gun with barrel. Its heavier than a STD Euro Xmag with non-ule Emag lowers and Emag valve.

one of my guys that used to play for us used to have the VM-68 Magnum that thing was a boat anchor.... 1 tank in front & 1 in the back...

You mean like this?
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/FiXeL666/DSCN3521.jpg
Yup, did some modding to the old beast... With two tanks on it, it makes that distinct "klang" sound when firing. I love it!!

ha ha, dug mine out of the closet and set it on the scale. 5lbs without air tank.
Just a bit of advise, make sure you get them screws very tight. These things have some serious kick to em..after about a hopper or two everything gets pretty loose.

Added the bipod just for fun and weight. And a sling because it's so darn heavy! :rofl2:

that would look hot with a warp. not that you need speed. but just to get a lower profile on the groung with the bipod.

Still shoots great. About .5 balls per second. Which is fine since after every shoot you aiming a different direction.
