Ok so the most obvious question is: Who did the woodwork?

Great marker.

That wood looks great! Were the grips really hard to make? You could sell many of those with no problem.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone.

Yes. I made both the stock and the grips. With the exception of the airline and a really long 1/4-20 bolt, all of the parts used are the original T2W parts. They weren't modded so this is completely reversible.

The original intent was to make just the stock and buy the grips from Kruger since he does such great work and I didn't have a clue how to make them. But, I had left over wood from the stock and one Sat morning I woke up bored and brave at the same time. I tried my hand at it and they came out pretty well. I don't have any intention to turn it into a business. We've already got a great resource for wood grips and he knows what he is doing with all kinds of wood. I just got lucky on my first attempt.

There is a flaw that you cannot see in this pic cuz its on the other side. It's minor and I would probably have to point it out even if you could see the other side. The neck is really narrow and, unfortunately, I was forced to use a female-to-female fitting in that area and it had to be close to the surface. I didn't break through when I routed the area but a hole opened up (about 1/8" in diameter) when I sanded the neck area. I had to fill it with putty. I'm lucky because it is hard to see unless it is pointed out but I have to be careful when I am attaching the airline since the wood is thin in that area.

I am new here but not new to paintball. I am in the process of getting my second Auto Mag. And I went with a Tac-One and I love what you did with yours. It's simply a beautiful gun! I will also be adding the TW stock off a Y grip. (Bad hand) So I'm dying to see how it works out and I will post pix when I'm done. Feyd....
