First I have a question about this on/off. What kind it is and is there any advantage to it?

Next, I remember finding a thread before on the length of on/off pins and their best uses. Can someone please refresh my memory as to what they were?
Thanks
Shane

Not 100% sure, but that looks like a Centerflag on/off for use with the hyperframe. Very similar to the ult.

On/off pin length depends on application.

E-Mag:

On/Off pin: .712" w/ brass top and double o-ring top.
.725" w/ aluminum top and single o-ring top.

RT-Pro:

On/Off Pin: .765"

Retro Valve/X-Valve/Classic RT:

On/Off Pin: .750"

So, would the centerflag on/off be good to use with my classic valve?

It looks like the one that came with my Hyperframe, so I'd say that BigEvil hit it right on the head.

The major advantage to using it in the Classic valve would be a lighter trigger pull. The Hyperframes sometimes had trouble pushing the sear without this on/off. If you were to use it in a mechanical marker, you'd feel a decrease in trigger pull force.

Use a .687-.682 pin in an E-Mag and watch it ruin some Agg-lets day!!

God I love an E-Mag!
