+++ KEEP THE DESCRIPTIONS TO THE FOUR TOPICS AND AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE +++
And remember this should be based on your own personal experience.

#1 - List your make, model, pic and/or text description of "Your First Paintball Gun."
#2 - Your "first ever" game experience.
#3 - How you happened upon AGD.
#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase.
(NOTE: skip appropriate steps for your story.)

My brief story:
1. Kingman Spyder Pump I purchased, brand new, in 1997. (you could hold the trigger back and just keep pumping to create a semi auto effect.)

2. I thought I would be smart. For the first time ever playing, I reserved a time slot for a private game and invited friends and family. Figuring if I bought something, I would have the advantage. Well, I felt out gunned by the rental tippmann carbine. After that one day, with the Spider Pump, I returned it to the store and rented a tippmann my next private session out. (This was a time, in my area of experience that, Co2 ruled and motorized hoppers were first coming out. I thought motorized hoppers were unneccessary.)

3. This same location, the following year [1998], I first heard of AGD. I was getting schooled by a couple of guys with AGD RT Automags with compressed air. I then bought a Viper M1 thinking it was, at the time, a cheaper alternative to the Automag and my third choice, Autococker.

4. The following year, 1999, I was debating against an RT PRO or ICD Bushmaster. I decided on the RT PRO for 670.00? from actionvillage.com. I liked my Viper M1 enough and it was so similar to the Automag, I decided for the Automag over the Bushmaster.

What are your stories, in YOUR experience?

1. Well, it was 1992 and my first purchase was this VM-68.

http://df53.dot5hosting.com/~mindseye/photos/image/obj34geo34pg1p20.jpg

2. I can't for the life of me remember my first game experience, but they were all played in a vine overgrown forested area near the Santa Ynez River with an incredible group which included high school students, law enforcement personnel and a couple of infantry soldiers.

3. Everybody knew from reading Action Pursuit Games that Automags and Autocockers were the best of the best. I ordered my Mag out of the Magazine.

4. My first Mag was a 68 Automag Power Feed purchased later in 1992. I was convinced that it would make me play better. I bought a Smart Parts spiral ported barrel for it, but that barrel really sucked (literally and figuratively) and dropped the velocity to low to be of use to me, so I stuck with the Crown Point. The Marker and the ** barrel are still around, but alas for some reason the CP just seemed to "fade away"............

First marker was a spyder TL that I got off of e-bay. I think I put about $300 in upgrades and do-dads.. I eventually parted out the marker and bought a mag...

#2 - Your "first ever" game experience.
When I was in HS I was invited to a weekly game in Stevens Point Wisconsin in a 60 acre gravel pit. I think this was in 1986-87ish. I have been hooked ever since.

#3 - How you happened upon AGD.
The owner of the field I play at turned me on to AGD.. He has a couple of minimag rentals that we could take out and shoot whenever we wanted. He would clean them by throwing them in a bucket of water.. I thought that was cool, so I got one.

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase.
RT Pro -- bought it used from a member of PBForum, put all kinds of money into it and then traded it for a phantom and cash. Recently found out it still exists and was offered the chance to get her back, but now its too expensive.. lol

The gun store I worked at, had a few markers on the wall (owners son played). After about 6 months of staring at them, I concluded that the MinMag was far and away the best engineered and manufactured of them all. Bought it in February of 1996, and haven't looked back since.

Since then, I've aqquired at least 6 more working 'Mags, and a few project guns too. But I do not exclude others, in fact, I just scored a BE Long Nightmare in perfect condition. I also have a couple other pumps.

I still have my first marker...the venerable Spyder TL. Hey, the thing still works like mad!

My first marker was a Brass Eagle King Cobra. I wish I still had it but solding it to a friend so I could get my Tippmann SL-68 I, which I still have.

#2 - Your "first ever" game experience.
I was in HS I was invited to a weekly game with some Marine recruiters...no I wasn't joining but my buddy was. Splatmasters going against a team of 5 with Nelspot 007 with pump handles. They were agressive an pretty good for my first time ever. I did however shoot the Gunny Sergeant who had experience in Grenada...it was a big deal to me then but now I realize I was lucky. That day I was bitten with the bug and have been playing ever since. MAY 1986.

#3 - How you happened upon AGD.
The owner of a store moved me toward AGD. He had a minimag that was ordered but the guy backed out so he thought I should get it. I had read about them and was interested back in the beginning of the 90's but now I had the opportunity to get my dream gun.

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase.
AGD Minimag! 1994, bought it from the store owner who thought I "looked good with it"...lol. Still have the marker but upgraded the valve to an X-Valve.......simply awesome. Of course, it is my back up....my X-Mag is the only way to fly.....:D

1. My very first marker was a Tippmann A5. My wife purchased this for me. I modded it to accept the e-bolt kit for the 98 customs. Still have this gun and plan on keeping it.
2. My first game experience was 2 years earlier and I owned no gear. So I was provided a BE talon. Of course everyone else has semi auto markers, one 68 carbine, one sypder and others that I don't recall. I vivided recall being out gunned but I made a few kills and had fun.
3. I happened upon AGD through APG and there feature of the ULE x valved mag. Seeing the $ I couldn't afford it but it was definately something I would have liked to own. THen I saw one in person at the local field man this made me want to own one even more...
4. The first AGD marker I purchased was red ULE w/ matching red x valve, medusa frame, .692 boomstick with red front, matching centeflag on off, and matching red Phat gas thru. I litterly stole this marker I paid $350 and it was mint!:victory: I used her as my primary for over 2 years and got more for it than what i paid.

#1 - My first gun was the A5 from tippmann, got this around august 2005 when i started playing:
pic1 (http://members.chello.nl/u.haarsma/Paintballguns/DSCN1772.JPG)
pic2 (http://members.chello.nl/u.haarsma/Paintballguns/DSCN1915.JPG)
I custom painted it because the previous owner also painted it, but i wasnt very happy with the paintjob he did.
#2 - My first paintball expierence was in 1998 in a old milk factory that was converted to a indoor paintball field. I think they had tracers there.
#3 - Someone on the dutch paintball forum gave me the link to the tip video's of webdog. I loved the Emag Tyger had and got interested into mags.
#4 - My first mag was a STD Xmag.

How i got into paintball:

My first expierence was about 10 years ago, playing as a rental. Sure i had fun but i never thought about paintball as a hobby/sport. In 2005 my oldest sister started playing some outlaw ball with friends, and at one time when i was over to her place i asked her if i could see her gear. It was'nt that impressive, but enough to get me interested. Soon after that i've bought my own gear and started playing at our local field in a club. Been doing it ever since, and sometimes go out to other fields and this year i've been to my first biggame in Germany. My first automag was bought in the UK, from M.Don. At the time, june 2006 if i recall correctly, he was selling 3 STD Xmags. The olive STD went to Flyingpoontang, the blue one still remains in the UK, and the black STD was shipped to me in the netherlands. Besides a dead battery it has never let me down since, and eventually all the other guns i had were sold off to buy mags. Of the 7 guns i currently own, only one is non-agd. (my Phantom) The reason to go for the mag was simple. They are reliable, look nice, shoot nice, and stands out from the crowd with their mainstream markers like ***'s Tippies and spyders. Also quality is a important feature for me. When i buy something i want quality, not some cheap stuff that will break eventually.

In short i've owned:
- 2 tippie A5 (one sold to a friend so he could play)
- 1 Orracle E-cocker
- 2 DM4's
- Maverick pump
- PT Xtreme
- 2 68 classic mags (one now owned by my younger sister)
- Classic RT (sold to a friend so he could play)

Currently i own:
- STD Xmag
- CNC Xmag
- PTP Unibody Micromag
- Minimag
- Tac-one
- Emag
- CCI Phantom

#1 - 1st gun was a Tippman 68 special purchased used in 1994
http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x57/smoothice15/68special.jpg

I traded her in January of '07 for a pgp that I then traded for a 02 right feed autococker that I turned into a sniper.

#2 - My first game experience was in 1994. A guy who worked for my parents played on a team. He took me out to practice with the team. It was a great time. Weren't many semis on the field at the time so I wasn't out gunned. Just out skilled. Played off and on for about a year. The guy I was playing with no longer worked for my parents so I didn't have any one to play with any more.

#3 - One day in 1996 I was eating pizza at Nu Yalk Pizza in Reno, NV. There pizza was the 1st solid food I ever ate and to this day is still the best pizza I have ever had. The head chef, a guy who always had a joke, started telling me about his paintball team. We traded #'s as I was very excited to find someone who also played. Went out and practiced with him and his team and half the guys were shooting Automags and Minimags.

#4 - In 1996 about 1 month after practicing with my buddy and his team he offered to sell me his automag for $200.
http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x57/smoothice15/automag2.jpg

This marker remained unchanged until 1 year ago. Which was the same time I joined AO. When I was told to hide my wallet after joining. I should have listened.

Since then I have pneumaged it with a dye double trigger. Purchased a black x valve and a ule body.

Since then I have sold the pneu frame and rail. Purchased a alpha rail and am patiently awaiting my Gforce pneu frame.

From my upgrade purchases I now have all the necessary parts to build my original automag again. This time it will be a pump though.

Current Markers:
X valved, alpha railed, ule'd body, G force Pneumag - Under Construction
03' vert feed autococker, ccm premium pump kit
02' right feed autococker, wgp pump kit - Soon to be for sale
Classic valved, right feed body, classic railed, pumpmag - Under Construction
Etriggered Spyder Xtra loaner gun

The first marker I actually purchased was a Brass Eagle Avenger, a PMI clone. It was of terrible quality. I shot it a few times and it broke. So it could be said that my first marker that was used regularly was my Tippy 98.

#2 - Your "first ever" game experience.
I first played in 97 in a good friends backyard. I had messed around with a few markers out in my yard and was curious. A buddy had gotten some pump markers and a Stingray to two and was playing in the back yard. I wanted to check it out, so I asked him to shoot me in the ***, finding it didn't hurt I started into the obsessive spiral that has become my favorite sports activity.

#3 - How you happened upon AGD.
Like many others I had heard of the cocker/mag rivalry. I was shooting a cocker at the time and wanted to check out a mag. A fellow at the field had several, including an RT and I was amazed.

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase
After shooting a mag I had to find one. My local shop had a classic with and Eclipse splash kit on the wall and I bought it for my wife. I liked it so much that I ended up buying several more up through the present time where I currently own three, including that first one. Its not in its original 'dress' but I still have all those parts.

#1 - BE Talon. Ugh. But hey, it still shoots paintball :p
http://www.newpaintball.com/images/talon-new.jpg

#2 - It was one on one woods play. Me with my Talon and my friend with whatever semi he had at the time. It was pretty even most of the time. Tough to afford paintballs when you're young and the nearest store was an hour away... Surprisingly enough we wore our masks in spite of being completely unsupervised. At the time I didn't know anything about paintball outside of those experiences.

#3, #4 - When I got back into paintball years later I ended up picking up a Trilogy (still have it, it's a pump now). I also joined up on the SpecOps forums and I started hearing about the near legendary status of AGD and Automags in general. Once I decided to purchase one I tried to learn as much as I could without actually having my hands on one. In March of this year I was finally in the market. Not being one to do things by halves, and knowing quite a bit more than I did starting out, I purchased my first Mag:
http://www.fatalmachine.org/images/paintball/emag-angled-left-sm.jpg

I've never been happier and I don't think I'll shoot anything else (well, with the exception of pumps and anything Palmers :D)

#1 - My first marker was a Talon Ghost, I owned it for all of 18 hours befor it broke.
#2 - I played a nightgame out in the desert with four or five friends most of which had Talons as well.
#3 - I saw thier markers in the marker guide in the back of paintball magazine and fell in love with the RTpro.
#4 - A used Classic mag I got of the internet. I've bought tons of mags since and always keep atleast one in my collection.

#1 - List your make, model, pic and/or text description of "Your First Paintball Gun." No pics i had a Tippman converted 60 caliber paintball gun to a 68 caliber, and a VM 68. Those were my first markers i played with. The first marker i ever bought was a used prolite, the first new gun was a carbine from Tippman.

#2 - Your "first ever" game experience. First ever game expereince i got shot by my dad from about 2 inches away when i snook up on him to tell him the bad guys were coming, he didnt know who i was turned and fired. It tore a hole in my shirt and left a crater of a cresent moon scar on my chest, can provide healed pics if i must. It was found out later when we finally went to a field that had a chrono, e was shooting well over 320. no wonder we hated to be shot by him

#3 - How you happened upon AGD. My next purchase was a minimag, my wife went in and asked for the best gun in the shop. And they had just got minimags in. Cant remember how much she paid for it other than it had a chrome body. I later chomed it out and made it weigh about 12 lbs. I still have it as the armoson barrel was engraved by a jewler that told me something sweet about her love for me. Since then i have owned in somewhat of order - a shoebox ******* turbo, a LCD angel, a RT, an emag, a Warped sportz dark angel, a spyder or 5, A-5, ULE mag, EGo for about a week bought it used and sold it for profit, a mini, a pair of xmags and a couple of ions. I m sure ive left some out but cant remember...

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase - My wife purchsed me a minimag for way too much money for us making 14k combined a year and going through college.

A home modified Nelspot. I made the direct feed and the "oil can" hopper for it.

#2 - Your "first ever" game experience.

It was 1986-87 and I was hanging out with friends that were looking for something "cool" to do besides hang out at the mall. Played as a walkon at the "local" field (Only a 45 minute drive)

#3 - How you happened upon AGD.

I believe that Tom Kaye was at my local field (Virginia Adventure games) demonstrating the new 68 Automag. I fell in love with his demo marker.

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase.

The same day that Tom Kaye was demonstrating the marker, I pestered him about how much he'd sell the demo for... He quoted me $800, figuring, I guess, that the price would scare me away. Needless to say, I bought the marker right then and there.

#3 - How you happened upon AGD.
My pop bought his 68 Automag in 1992 so he introduced me to AGD.

#4 - Your first AGD marker purchase.
After a several years layoff I jumped back into the game about 3 years ago and AGD came to my head first. I bought a mech Tac-One and then that turned into one mag after another.

TnDeathInc, If you are asking me... Yes, I have a level 5 mag, serial number CF00230. It is all original, except for a replaced barrel, as the stock one was flexhoned to death by another person, and the ASA.

I'd post a picture, but the camera is on the fritz... no damn batteries!

2. First game was at a friend's birthday party at a local woodsball field.
3. Heard about AGD from Action Pursuit Games.
4. First Mag bought was a classic mag bought directly from AGD.
