I leave tuesday with the girl for my stepmoms cousins wedding, we'll be there for a week any fun facts I should know?

We'll be in Kilarny co. Kerry

Don't kiss the blarney stone.. The locals pee on it..

It is impolite to not drink Guinness

There are no such thing as leprechauns (unless you have too much Guinness, then they are all over the freakin' place!)

Don't eat Haggis -- why anyone would eat what everyone else throws away after killing a sheep is beyond me.

(serious) Don't wear anything orange in Southern Ireland as that can be misconstrued as supporting the Protestants and get you beat up in certain neighborhoods.

I would love to go to Ireland.. take lots of pictures and have fun.

I'm not to fond of guinness, but I will be trying some just because I'll be in Ireland...I wonder what will happen if I ask for a corona :eek: and i'm not gonnabe kissing the Blarney stone lol i'll be going there tho. Other than that...just drinkin n relaxin in the country.

the nearest 17 pubs are walking distance from where i'll be :rolleyes:

Guinness over there is a LOT better than guinness over here, take my word on it.

ABSOLUTELY do not kiss the Blarney stone. The castle is great, but dont get sucked into that whole kissing thing. Me, I had other things in mind...

niceee scotty, I didn't know you've been there. And yeah everyone says that Guinness is way better over there ..last time I had it, it was just tasted like rancid rancid burnt coffee....can't wait to go to some of the castles :candle:
