I know, its amazing. Once you scratch the surface and dig a little deeper things are quite different than they appear.

But a few(or even alot) of stores going out of buisness doesn't mean anything. Heck, even back in '03-'04 there were always tons of stores closing and selling everything off. Its nothing new, there are tons of new ones opening as well and in the next little while most of them will close. Thats the way its always been.

Youre right about one thing, thats the way it was.
Nowadays, the closed/out of business shoes are not being filled, are not being replaced. There are just fewer of everything(manufacturers, fields, shops, etc).

If you dont speak of the bad things, they never get fixed.
Lets hope guys like Desega & Bryceeden who run good shops/fields thrive and flourish.

Complaining about it here is like preaching to the choir, everyone on this forum chooses what companies and fields to support based on service, quality, and saftey. I live in the Chicago suburbs, I have tons of fields to choose from...I only go to a handful due to the lack of quality and saftey...if I want to play indoor in the winter I prefer to drive 2+ hours to Wisconsin to play at a good place instead of what's around where I am.

Youd be surprised. Not everyone here agrees on the things that plague this industry.

This is true, but I think we all agree that things plague the industry. We just sometimes dissagree on what it is.

Wow, Anthony is calling it quits. I don't buy his profit claims, but still it surprises me to see him going.
