NOpe... not that I know of... they still fill off of scuba's in fact. There is no power or anything down there... It's not a big deal to me as I hardly go through a tank of air all day....

D'mister, Sherwood forest is in Vellejo and (SCP) Santa Clara Paintball is in well Santa Clara. If any one can make it out it would be cool beans....

I was considering playing this weekend but if I did it was going to be a minimal cost day of play. What does that mean? Well I won't play pump but I would split a case with Devilman or something like that and then go plink with the Excal.

To that end he and I had been talking about going to Bear Creek for 3 reasons.

1- Of all the paintball fields in northern CA, it's going to be the coolest (temp). Probably no more than 70 up in those mountains.

2- Of all the paintball fields in northern CA, it seems to attract the least volume of AGG. meaning it will be the closest thing to a relaxing day of paintball.

3- Of all the paintball fields in northern CA, it's the only one that meets those requirements in driving range for under $100 of fuel.

Again this depends on Devilman and another local wanting to go. If that happens we could drive up in 1 van making the travel reasonable. I would very much like to play again with you Flying but at least for July and August, my finances are tight. I can come play, but it's going to be a low cost day.

The next major event I would like to do like Modesto I was thinking some time in September. Just an eyeball figure. Ill send you a PM with my cell if you want to talk about it.... ya call me when you have a chance.

I'm in California right now for work, but I am leaving back for NY tonight.

I looked up some of my old buddies and turns out im getting together with them this Sunday to play!! It will be nice to finally get back home, since I travel for work often.

Maybe I will catch you guys next time.

And guys just so ya all know I did call BearCreek and they will be open for walk on this weekend. So the plan is to head that way on Sunday.

So hope to see you all there... I should have 3-5 extra folks with me...

Lets make it all there and make sure we stay on the same team for a few games... maybe do a few attack and defends... :D

BearCreek is south of Los Gatos which is south of San Jose which is south of San Francisco but is north of Santa Clara which is north of Moss Landing which is north of Monterey which is north of Carmel Valley.....

So yeah... that's where it is.... If you look on the map you'll see BearCreek road turns off of 17... to get there from you would be 280 I think or 680 down to 85 to 17... BCR turns off of 17 ONLY ONE WAY!!!! You can only go WEST on BCR from there. So you go 3.8 miles and just past the junction with 35??? Is a little turn off down to the right. It actually shares the same dirt pull off area. So if you miss the turn to 35 by about 20 feet then you'll hit the turn off for the field. Go down the gravel a couple hundred feet and take the first LEFT... Trust me there aren't alot of options... :D

And yeah it's looking like we'll make it tomorrow instead of Sunday..... hmmmm gotta rearrange plans...
