I was lucky enough to find one of these rare bolts in brand new condition.
This bolt was made by Venom Toxic Toys, and is called the Thunder Bolt.
It's my understanding that this is the lightest production bolt to date. I dont know for certain the details of this bolt, but its been stated that the body is made from titanium, and the base from stainless to handle the sear wear. The piston and head are made from some sort of plastic(nylon maybe?).
Like the AGD delrin SuperBolt, these had issues with separating as well.
