I'm in the process of building an E-mag. I have almost all the parts and the stuff (body and rail) I don't have I kind of "borrowed" off my pneumag. Today, I hooked up my air bottle to try it out and the results were less than desirable. It cycled for a couple of shots, then nothing. Also, the display seemed to stop working and the solenoid stopped clicking/cycling. It has a brand new 1000mah battery which I charged the other day with an AGD charger that came with the lowers (I bought the lowers from lasrsktr on AO). It also has a brand new "X" valve with the lvl-X, which I oiled a bit. I replaced the on/off pin, and installed the quad o-ring. At one point, I removed the grip panel on the frame to cycle the solenoid and sear with my finger. Again, it would cycle a couple of times, then nothing at all. Prior to hooking up the air, I would occationally turn on the lowers and the solenoid cycled fine... I installed a Tunablade trigger and was adjusting it so it would activate the hall sensor.

I have VERY limited knowledge on E-mags and have no clue what the issue(s) might be. I'm open to suggestions, but I'm also willing to send it to someone who knows what the hell they're doing.

Any help is always appreciated!!!

So your saying the noid stops cycling after a few pulls? Do you have enough trigger travel for consistent trigger activation? At what point in your trigger travel does the trigger activate the noid? Adjust it so it's toward the front of the pull. Let us know what you figure out.

Due to limited time and E-mag knowledge, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have a "professional" do the service/tuning on this marker. It's just too nice to have me go and seriously screw something up on her.:scratchhead:

I had some problems with mine. I had a bad noid. Just called AGD and sent it to them. Was about $90 to fix. Was worth it if you figure all the messing around that I did and still didn't fix it.

what is your dwell set to?

goto the mode that displays if the hes reads the trigger and make sure that it activates on each pull

I have seen this problem on two emags latly. what you need to do is adjust the dwell and fix a bit and find the correct setting for the two. (mostly the dwell).

this should get you back in business without having to send it anywhere.

good luck,
