The $15 Classic Valve

Just for fun, I am posting this here in PB Talk. I had an idea about something like this, but every time Ive seen it on other forums its always forward-looking. So this is going to be for past activity.

With that being said...this valve will go to the PBL member that has posted 100 or more posts in the last 30 days prior to the timestamp on this post.

I dont have any idea if anyone qualifies. If you think you do, post here and I will research to see how often youve posted in the last 30 days. The first person to post that meets this requirements get it. $15 shipped within the US.

Easily. It doesnt take much to exceed that, 3 posts a day isnt much. I know there are a few folks that come close.

Thanks for the brainstorm, but Im going to keep it the way it is for now. ~3 posts a day isnt all that many. To keep things interesting one possiblity is that there isnt a winner. Maybe like the lottery it will compound so that next months includes this plus something else...something to consider:wthumpup:

Part of the reason I don't post much these days is that there's only so much I can talk about. I'm a huge fan of Automags and pump guns. I mean, how many times can you give people advice on how to fix them? Change the o-rings or change the springs. After that, all you can do is hang around general chat and °°°° people off :D

I know what you mean. Paintball as a whole is stagnant right now. I remember a few years ago the forums hopping.

But I also can talk hours on the phone with people about this stuff. Whether that be about my last outing, or automags, or questions about other types of markers...there isnt ever a day I wake up and cant think of something I dont want to know about.

Knowing that I can spend hours talking about this stuff, I realize some of those things may be relevant for the forum. Sometimes I dont post a though because I think 'nobody will care about that'. Sometimes they dont, often I get plenty of responses.

What I do know, is I like discussing these things with people I only know on a forum. That gives me a perspective I never considered from those who have very diverse backgrounds from mine. I could discuss those same things with friends who play paintball, but we largely agree on these things which doesnt make very well for other perspectives.:twocents:
