Some thing about a Guns N Roses album coming out by 2008. So now Dr. P has to pony up a free one for each person in the US.

That's right, they bet Chinese Democracy wouldn't hit the shelves in 2008. So confident were they of this they said if it does they'll give away one free can of Dr Pepper to everyone in the U.S. Shame I don't live in the U.S. I like Dr Pepper!
