Who all plans on going, I think I saw a few PBL'ers say they might.

Entry 10 per day, there should be several kinds of paint for $15-20.

I'll be there with friends. Let the party begin, it's my first year going.

Edit: Is it just my computer, or does this waiver not load. Unfortunately I am a minor for the next 2 months......

I'll be there, pending any unforeseen circumstances. 4th annual SPE for me! This is one you really shouldn't miss.

Its the most fun you'll ever have. Very good players, and some of the most honorable play you'll find.

I just hope the bottom fields are dried up enough. We've had rain every other day for the past 2 weeks.

As far a waivers are concered, pm me your email address and i'll see if i can get one forwarded to you.

(i work at the field)

It was epically good. Weather could have been a smidge better, but we had 253 on Saturday, and despite the rain still had 100+ sunday. About 50 entered the random draw tourny on sunday and everyone had a dirty good time. It was a constant drizzle sunday, and the xball field did get a bit muddy, but, honestly, it made it even MORE fun. Just dirty enough to be interesting. Lots of amazing people, even better vendors, excellent food, laughs, good music, the works. Met some cool people from AO, and MCB. Talked mags alot (helps to be wearing a bright green AO jersey) and did some good networking with some folks to help out on my new project.

You couldnt ask for a better group of players. I was worried i'd have to ref, but we only sent out 1 per field because, well, the pumpers just didnt need us. So i was very very lucky to get to play the whole weekend. Well, mostly. A group of 60 frat walk-ons showed up late late sunday, and i was called to duty. Still, the tourny had already finished. My only regret is that i didnt spend MORE time talking to the vendors. Because in the end, what makes SPE so good is the people. I never minded getting shot out because i figured i could just go and meet some new folks. Actually, on saturday i spent 30% time playing, and 70% just having a blast with the social atmosphere.

Its a real honor also, to know it happens at the field i call home and work at. Couldnt ask for better really.
