From what I hear he sold it. Most people in the Pump Scene and the old Old School Challenge series would know the name from the old tombstone field that was closed down a few years ago in corona.

ooo, i see. i went there somewhat earlier this year, and although it was cool to not pay for paint, game time was strange since, well, none of the agg kiddies would go out. surprisingly, Leon, the owner/guy who sweeps and fills tanks, did nothing to stop some arguments that broke out. he would just stand there and watch. Didnt seem like such a professional guy if you ask me :-\
