I'm doing a research project for a college class and I decided to review current laws regarding the sport of paintball and recommend some changes (for the better). specifically i'm from Pennsylvania but my question is where is a good place for information regarding set laws on paintball? another topic i was thinking to include was to outline an organization to set up a standard for laws (regarding safety) and a place where anyone can access the information. (googling "pennsylvania paintball law" doesn't come up with much) so before i post any of my findings, does anyone have any information or links to offer?

Not sure if your looking for Pa specific info or not , but I think you will find that these laws change from state to state & city to city , where I live there is a city ordinance " that prohibits an air or spring powered gun or toy in the city of Port St Lucie " Fla , of course that is a quote from a local officer

i'm looking for all information, so thanks.

the thing about this project is that it has to be shorter than i'd like. so details about city ordinances and such would take up too much valuable space. i'd like to start at a national level and regress to a state level. i understand there is a ton of technicalities as well about being classified as such weapons, but i need to remain as general as possible.
