Already posted this on MCB and Nation a while ago, but I may as well post it here just in case.

Now entertaining possible trades of a ULE Mag. Must have RT (X-Valve, Level 10, Retro Valve, whatever the jive lingo is)

PICTURES BE BIG

Looking for $375 shipped.

This is a reproduction Ironmen Matrix. It is not part of the original 120 ones machined by Duane Parsons and sold through Gen-E. This is part of the unknown batch that an unknown machine shop made very faithful Ironmen copies.

It is in a dust off-white with dust black accents. This gun has a very interesting unique LCD board on it. When turned on, instead of "SAFE" and "LIVE" or FIRE or whatever it usually says, this one says "E-Rob" and "KILL" respectively. Take a closer look in the pictures; you can see it. I have pieced together that the board belonged to Eric Roberts, previously of the Los Angeles Ironmen. The gun did not, but the board did. From an email exchange with Eric:

Wow that brings back a few memories. Honestly, yes that was the board that I had in my gun, but I have no way of telling if that was my gun or not. I never had a milled Ironmen Matrix like that. Mine was always the non-milled version.

Maybe someone bought his gun and had it converted; I have no way of knowing.

I had to have a machinist do something to this gun. When I bought it, the person who sold it to me neglected to tell me some very important information. This body was a later style Gen-E and had a larger wiring hole carved into the body. As such, the shortened Ironmen frame had nowhere for the back screw hole to thread. Seriously, it was hanging by one screw. Idiot. I took it to a machinist who installed a flat plate in the bottom of the battery chamber, filled in the wiring gap a little, and tapped a new threaded hole into the plate. Now the frame fits perfectly.

Speaking of the frame, I took pictures of the back of the grip frame to show the elongated or extra button holes a machinist tapped in there. This seems to be prevalent in Ironmen replicas. I don't know why. Also the trigger guard was not narrowed, but the ovals were cut into it.

The body is in excellent condition. You can see a slight vertical nick on the right side just below the middle teardrop. There are slight markings around the back plate at the battery chamber from when I had the local machinist fix it.

Looking for $375 shipped.

Now for the good part. I can add pretty much any other component to this gun, but the price will go up accordingly. At this time don't ask me to part out certain components listed below. I may do that at a later date, but not now. Probably not worth your time even asking. These components, upon request, will be swapped on to the gun in place of the existing components:

+ Tadao Rev 5 board $30 <-- discount from my previous threads because I'd be swapping out cool kid LCD Board
+ AKA SCM LPR $40
+ a single Toxic spike... uh.. $3? There's only one air chamber so yeah.
+ Aardvark Red Bolt $50
+ Special Duane Parsons black bolt. What is it? Good question. When Duane was making guns for Gen-E, he decided to make a few bolts for himself as well. I have heard he didn't like what he was being charged so he went, "screw them I'll make my own!". And he did. They are identical to an Image bolt EXCEPT they have an integrated front wall/beer can and an integrated sleeve/bolt stop. They're pretty damn cool in that respect. $40
+ New Toxic Dub wheel (RAW, UNANOED) with breech rod $25
+ Some kind of "cool kid" hybrid grips. Bought them off some cool kid. Will make you cooler by association. Do not have any Hybrid grips featuring the naked harlot, the downsbabies from that stupid Irish movie where the two brothers go around saying some prayer in latin and shooting people, or the well-dressed murdering bald guy with the bar code on the back of his head.

Here is some more information about the Los Angeles Ironmen Matrix (http://www.pblegion.com/showpost.php?p=59076&postcount=30). You can see this very gun featured in the pictures.
