Okay, so I got impatient and pulled the hammer and valve out of my other viking. I'm happy to say that there are no leaks and things are working, just not 100%. Take a look at the video (sorry about the quality, cell phone camera + low light garage = crap). The gun cycles, but the bolt is resetting very slowly and it sounds like the air is no venting properly. I'm guessing it has to do with the hammer cartridge, or possibly the noid? Also, it's only shooting about 190 fps with reballs. Getting very close and I'm really excited, just want to get everything 100%. Thanks for all of the help so far guys.

what board are you using?
jandscustoms.com go to evil m section and watch the second video for the settings to scroll. set yours as close as possible for a base line.
do you know what the settings are at now?
this leak try to locate it. my money is you schredded a ORING putting the Valve in unless you honed out the lower tube. my best guestimate is the leak isnt allowing the system to recharge as needed. its not too big of an issue but its a °°°°° none the less.
another thing, the noid gasket did you cut off the 2 nipples? if not you need to for it to sit right

So it looks like I just had to cut down the manifold gasket nipples a tiny bit more. They weren't letting the air escape fast enough and it was slowing hammer return down. Got it all put back together and it's cycling great. The only problem now is that it's only shooting at around 230 fps. The dwell was set to 12ms and I turned it down to 8 like what was shown in the J&S video, but it was still shooting the same. The solenoid is used, so I suppose there may be an issue with that, but any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
