I am using an old beatup dm3 I bought for 10.00
I am going to have it milled like below

but with an addon of a Plexi-glass swing window, much like the swing open bolt system of the Angel, just to keep crude out, a thin sheet should do it.
I got a nice DM4 UL frame modded to fit the DM3
x93 bolt NIB
Detent will be the old school wire type found on cockers
shave down the Breech front
modd the LPR to use one from a cocker type IE AKA, for my air assist hopper
Trim down the body as much as possible.

Uh, where are you planning to install the window and what purpose does it serve?
Also, if you're going to have it milled down, please have it done professionally, unlike Matoca's gun there. I've seen some up close pictures and they're... a little more rough.
edit- I already have shaved down breeches, like the one pictured there. They're called Toxic ULE ones and I have a few that've never been anodized. They're milled, but raw.
edit 2- what? Do WHAT to the LPR?

the Window is just to keep trash out, want to mount it on a hinge.

Scott, just so you know the LPR on a matrix is directly feeding the solenoid on every cycle.
To get your loader to work on it you'd have to tap into body or the manifold to get access to the LP airpaths that cycle the bolt. Just going straight from the LPR will give you a steady input of air.
edit- AKA makes Matrix LPRs ;)

I don't think you fully understand how this gun works yet.

is there any other solenoid that will work with the DM3, like one for a MacDev or something?
Just encase I need a backup

SMC solenoid used in the DM3, previous Matrix markers, DM4/DM5/DMC/PM5, and Quests as well. SMC part number VQZ1151K-9G-X86

Any solenoid with the right voltage will work, the trick is mounting it to the manifold. Easier if you make a new manifold though

Wow, that man is a delightful ripoff. I bet you could find an SMC dealer and buy one for half that.
