I have no clue of what the case is (except the basis) and I'm sick of seeing 3 Breaking News topics on my email homepage.

was just wondering how long it will be before the prosecution decides to appeal the verdict

LOLOL :smarty:

Personally I couldn't see that she would get convicted when the prosecutors couldn't even say how the child died.

It's amazing what actually gets to court these days. The murder trial that I was on the jury for back in January, the defense didn't even need to say anything. Prosecution had nothing except 2 witnesses that only saw the eyes of the gun man and could not ID him in a line up 2 days later but could 2 years later.

Too often anymore the police, detectives, and prosecution are too intent in closing a case and not intent enough in SOLVING the case.

I have not followed the case much
But my wife and I watched the verdict
We are disgusted on all levels
If this women is truly innocent
Then the killer has had all this time to cover tracks
Disgusting

Personally...I don't think she is innocent. I do feel that the prosecution did not make their case.

If I were on the jury I would be asking:

"If you can't say how the child died, how do you even know it was murder?"

In that one question...it gives enough doubt to vote against a conviction. And again...this is from someone who thinks she did it.

I think she did it as well
And guilty on the grounds of loosing/ misplacing her daughter to the point the found her dead
Guilty of murder
Guilty of being a terrible parent
Guilty of be a °°°° poor human being

They way they make it now to get anytype of conviction in a murder trial, from my experience on a jury, they pretty much need a video of the person with no type of mask, hat, etc doing the crime while holding up 3 forms of ID and them saying their SSN out loud.
