I think this is why.
No contest, they cant even argue with his points now that time has allowed him to say "I told you so". Not to mention he is the only one who is not vulnerable to attack. I mean what would you use to attack him when you know he will just make you look like an idiot by using a historical event to show your wrong, or he just may call you on an embarrassing issue like supporting the bailouts or having several wives over the years. Finally he comes out swinging at the other candidates, And TKOs newt in the process.
