One Event?

In the past 5 years I have Traveled the western states playing far to many Scenario events and have grown tired of the "scene".

If you could attend only one "major" event next year... no matter where it was held or what it cost, Where would you go?

I have never left the great(corupt) state of Illinois to play any paintball. But if I did my first venture would have to be Tunaball :cool:

I think Id have to agree with the 2 previous responses. On all accounts, BigEvil puts on a fantastic event. Those guys out there know how to have a good time, and they arent your standard run-of-the-mill wannabee tourney over-shoot-everyone village idiots at the local field on Saturdays.

Any event at a MOUT site. (Military Operations Urban Training) The only one I know for sure is Camp Blanding in Fla. I know there are others, but unsure where. It is/has been the absolute best game experiance anywhere, hands down. Its undescribable.

Blanding is cool ( 3 times , 4th this Dec) but i'm really a hardcore woodsballer , I just love sneaking through the woods , the heavier the veg the better . I'll have to do a little research to get this answer

I asked this question a while back and I came up with 3 events that I am anticipating in 2008

1) Spring Pump Event -- 4/19 & 4/20 2008, Sudden Impact Paintball, Bloomington Illinois (PHOG get together)

2) Tunaball II -- May 17th, Top Gun PB, New Jersey (AO meet and greet)

3) EMR Fall Castle Conquest -- EMR Paintball, New Milford PA, Sept 27/28 (MCB Meet and Greet)

Others have said D-Day in OK, and going to the HB NPPL event... but these are the 3 that I plan on playing in.

Truthfully I would do my County fair tourney each year. We make it a week long event. We have an awsome 5 on 5 tourney Saturday and all the players are very good sportsmen we never have a problem with overshooting or cheating. We also do a 3 on 3 pump event Friday night. My team does playing clinics for new players on Wednesday and Thursday. We do "retro" games every night where we turn the lights off and have stobes, discoballs, fog machines, and stuff like that going. I'm hoping to get some blacklights for next year. We do rec games and get alot of people who rent gear to try the sport every day but Saturday. But the whole event is a ton of fun. Its done indoors at the local fairgrounds so we have to play on dirt instead of the normal light fluffy grass, but its a great event. I really enjoy it(I play in the fair events) Its my favorite event I've ever played in and not just because I run it.

I am jealous as hell. With the downfall of MXS, and the dismal failure of...ah hell, help me out....whatever the last "exclusive" game that was to be put on, I am really wondering who will take up the gauntlet for these in the future.

SPE Spring Pump Event

Hands down the funnest time I've ever had playing paintball. It's like playing paintball with 100 of your closest friends. No over shooting, no crud, fair play beyond anything you've ever seen. Two days of it!

I wouldn't miss it for the world.

ok after thinking about this for 2/3 weeks I guess i would have to go to EMR Castle Conquest , a close 2nd was D-Day I just don't know if I could handle the crowd

Blanding or Tunaball II should be your stops next year....I know you said "One Event" but they are both going to be fantastic so you wouldn't want to miss one of them...........:twocents: "Outlaw5"

I would definitely want to play at tunaball. i would absolutely LOVE to play with people who know what im shooting.

Tunaball should be on everyones list who can make it. im stuck in arizona and if anything ill probably make it to one of the socal games.

It's definitely got to be Tunaball II.

As of right now it's the only game for next year that I've started making real plans to attend.

I am already planning to do an event at Travis Airforce base next year and go to World Cup. Limiting it to one event would be going to World Cup.

Spring Pump Event @ Sudden Impact right down the street. Im giddy like a school girl for this thing.

Other than that, i really want to try one of those MOUT events (really want to try one) or that new Castle thingy in New York. Whats it called.....Hyper Castle or something.
