put "Home" as the first button on the nav menu
put <br> tags in between the links, they seem squished.
on the index (home) page, the team name is higher then on every other page

very nice and clean site. good job overall. and please don't take my comments as insults, i have background in web development so i'm just picky like that:p

Dude, insult away. This was my first take at the design so it has flaws. I'll fix the links too.
