lol Well whats a good lpr to use as a front grip. I want it to be a sleeper but I also don't want to spend a zillion dollars on a palmers fatty or something. Maybe a used one for cheap. Any suggestions?

Sorry it woln't let me edit.

Can I use my classic valve if I pneu it or will I have to get a RT/X valve?

I would try it with the classic valve first. If it doesnt work out that great, you can always get a RT/X.

Sweet mag btw.

Yes you can use your classic valve. You will need to get a RT on/off assembly though. The stock on/off will choke ALOT at a higher rate of fire.

Nice mag BTW.....

Thanks for the compliments guys.
Any suggestions on a good, preferably cheap, lpr to use as a foregrip when I pneu it? I was thinking of either copying rawbutter's setup (if he doesn't mind) or trying to mount a tickler or something in the grip frame. Is there room in the y-frame to do the second option?
Any other comments or suggestions are very much appreciated.

You can use a Palmers Fatty which is what rawbutter has done this was first done by Pneumagger himself but since replicated by Lasrsktr and rawbutter.

I have also seen where Dyeforever used a remote adapter into the vert asa and screwed a Palmers Micro Rock into using the Micro Rock as a foregrip.

Dyeforever also had used a Y grip.

The y grip will not have enough room in it to fit the lpr. There is barely enough room for the pneumattic parts to fit.

Hope this answers your questions.

Yea a fatty was going to be my first choice but I didn't know if there were any cheaper alternatives. $90 is pretty expensive and then I still have to buy the parts kit for $40.

If Pneumagger, Rawbutter, or Lasrsktr have any words of advice or instructions I'd be more than happy to hear it.

Those ANS ones are usually pretty cheap when you find them and it would go with you're chromed out theme. What I really was lookin at was those trilogy micro rocks, if you could make a sleek vertical mount for one that would look real cool.

you could always put your LPR off the second port of your asa....The ANS Jackhammer's are cheap and good.

Check this link out, Barbs Paintball sells them for a great price.

Meh, not really what I'm looking for. I'd rather have it hidden as a foregrip or inside the y-frame (which is apparently impossible).
Anybody have a palmers fatty they don't want?

no, I'm thinking of the ones that look like AA uniregs but are aluminum and I've seen em as cheap as like 15 bucks used, and would be plenty good enough for a puemag lpr if you put in a lp spring. For that matter, I'd assume you like the stainless by the looks of it and weight prolly isn't a huge issue for you, you could prolly find a unireg for $30 or so...

edit: here, I found pictures of Cyberthugs on PBN, I've seen these regs go for $15 on boards, 20 on ebay, goes all the way down to zero and has input on both sides, so it'd definitely do the job, plus it comes in chrome

haha, I'd prefer the low rise twist lock body but they are a whole lot more expensive and harder to find. Maybe after I pneu it who knows.

Alright... time for the disguise to come off. I am actually rawbutter. :glare: I always hated that name on AO, but Iceman was already taken. If you want proof, just lookie here (http://www.pblegion.com/showthread.php?t=718).

And like it's been said, I copied most of my setup from pneumagger. But yes... you may copy the whole thing if you want.

With that said, I really love having a fatty stabilizer (or another reg) as the LPR for my pneumag. I love the look of it, and the ease of setting it up and making adjustments. I do actually like skyguy's suggestion, but I could see how the how the aesthetics could be.... well... lacking in certain areas.

You could use a regular Palmer's stabilizer (http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Palmers-Stabilizer-regulator-paintball-marker_W0QQitemZ250201145743QQihZ015QQcategoryZ362 85QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). (You don't really need the low pressure kit... although it is nice.)

Or you could use a Sidewinder reg (http://cgi.ebay.com/AKA-SideWinder-Reg-Medium-Silver_W0QQitemZ230205885768QQihZ013QQcategoryZ871 19QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p1 638.m118)... or a Torpedo reg (http://cgi.ebay.com/Bob-Long-Intimidator-Torpedo-Regulator_W0QQitemZ270200403467QQihZ017QQcategoryZ 87119QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)... The possibilities are really endless. Anything on this page (http://www.pbreview.com/products/cat/49/)could possibly work. As long as it's a good LPR with a side input (not a bottom input), then you can get a T fitting and make it work.

I know money is always an issue, but I would advise that you be patient and wait until you can spend the money wisely to do it right. A pneumag is not something you want to cut corners on.

Definitely watch that auction, it's a chrome fatty but it's labeled as just a stabilizer. That's a 89 dollar reg that prolly will sell a bit cheaper than msrp.

Yea, I've heard good things about them but I don't want the lpr to be hanging off the front of my vert asa or anywhere that is very noticeable. I want people to be surprised. :D

Also, I missed that fatty on ebay. I was at a friends house all day today and didn't get home untill the auction was over. :(
I'll keep looking.
