Xmas break project Alpha rail (repost from AO)

So im bored and thinking about paintball too much. so i decided to customize my markers some more :p

my secondary gun at the moment has a raw alpha rail, iv always loved the lines on the rail

but i dont think that they stand out enough in the profile views

so my project is to shave off the wings with some carefull dremel work, give it some sexier lines.

here is where im at now. All the grinding is done and its flattened nicely. i just have to get some fine grit paper and polish this thing along with some other parts.

I was once told that that rail is a cyberave creation not an alpha rail.

I could be wrong though. Maybe cyber will chime in.

yeah that looks more like a cyber rail.. he did the v cut in the back... looks similar to the alpha.. i like it better than the alpha...

yeah the v cut is the main difference. The cyber rail is what got me interested in the alpha rail. I personaly like your rail better.

Could you post up a pic of the top of the rail? I wanna see how much meet has been milled out of the inside.
