Ok boys- This is here as a back up to AO. But please feel free to post in this thread and I will keep it updated.

It's been decided. After much deliberation, argumentation, negotiation, and celebration, the details of the TWO AO SoCal meets have been finalized.
Dates:
January 19th
February 09th

SC Village

From your point of view, as soon as you enter the main lot, make a beeline to the back-right corner of the lot, where the fill/rental stations touch Bosnia (the field with the helicopters and field tents). As for a time, you guys can choose to arrive at any time you choose, but PLEASE TRY TO GET THERE AS EARLY AS YOU CAN. I'll be there with a few friends at 7:30am to claim as much the area for us as I can.
Please feel free to thank Sk8ermog for getting us such a cool deal with the people at SC Village. Now that everyone knows how awesome he is, prices are as follows.

There is a rule at SC Village that states that the tank must be within 3 years of its hydrostatic testing date. Tanks are not allowed if they do not comply. Sk8ermog is going to attempt to pull some strings to allow all valid tanks to be filled. He is also checking on getting us a deal on free/discounted rentals. While it would be incredibly cool if he got it, expect to pay to rent, expect to follow the rules and bring tanks that comply with SC's rules.
Paint:
$30 per case, BYOP
If possible, try to buy some of their paint. It's a good deal and they're doing us a favor. Let them know we appreciate it.

This is a list of who plans on going in January, who plans on going in February, who plans on attending both days, and who's not sure which date they plan to go. Please post up if you plan on attending either one, and if possible, please include in your post which events you plan on attending.
Food has not been decided yet, but I ask that you please bring $5 for food. I'm sure there are pizza places for food and local mini-marts to grab sodas and whatnot. I'd suggest bringing fluids as well Water, gatorade, etc. etc.
UPDATED THE INFORMATION. TAKE A LOOK GUYS. Also, food. Let me know if you guys want to put money for pizza or a Carls Jr run, or something else. Know any pizza or burger joints in the area? LET US KNOW!
